We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support procurement activities for Capex and Opex materials. The ideal candidate should have experience in the cement industry, hands-on knowledge of SAP MM, and robust coordination skills to ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end procurement activities for Capex and Opex materials.
Source vendors, obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and negotiate commercial terms.
Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid stock shortages.
Utilize MS Excel for procurement tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
