Job Description (JD) Visual Merchandiser (VM)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute attractive product displays and window displays.
Arrange merchandise according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Change displays for promotions, festivals, and recent product launches.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment.
Use mannequins, props, lighting, and signage to enhance product presentation.
Analyze customer shopping patterns and optimize store layouts.
Maintain visual merchandising standards across all departments.
Coordinate with store managers and department heads to implement display plans.

Preferred Qualifications

02 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (freshers may be considered for entry-level roles).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.
