India's quick-growing logistics-technology company is looking for a Chartered Accountant for a Manager - Finance (Controllership) role with 2+ years of post-qualification experience and a solid articleship in taxation, backed by solid knowledge of income tax, GST, and Ind AS. The ideal candidate is Excel-proficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance
Preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly,



and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C).
Handling of GST reconciliations (books vs GSTR 2A/2B/1).
Preparation and submission of TDS returns (24Q, 26Q) and issuance of Form 16/16A.
Handling of income tax assessments, tax computations, and payment of advance taxes.
Liaison with tax consultants and preparation of necessary schedules and documents for tax audits and filings.
Monitoring changes in tax laws and ensuring timely implementation of amendments.
Month-End & Year-End Book Closure
Ensure timely monthly closure of books in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS preferred).
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
Perform general ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.
Coordinate with internal teams for accurate accounting and reporting.
Preparation of Financial Statements
Assist in preparation of standalone and consolidated financ
