Position: Sales Executive
Location: Surat, Gujarat
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate current business opportunities, build robust customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, visits, and referrals.
Meet prospective customers and present the company's products/services.
Maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
