Job Title: Cashew Grading & Packing Supervisor

Job Brief: Looking for an experienced Cashew Grading & Packing Supervisor to manage kernel sorting, quality grading, vacuum packaging, and final output targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Grading Supervision: Oversee workers to ensure accurate sorting of kernels by grade (e.g., WW180, WW240, WW320, splits, pieces).
Packing Line Operations: Manage vacuum packing, nitrogen gas flushing, tin/pouch sealing, and box labeling.
Quality & Yield Control: Inspect kernels for moisture, spots, or damage to maintain export/domestic quality standards.
Labor Management: Assign daily shift targets to sorters/packers and monitor output and attendance.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure strict floor sanitation, personal hygiene (hairnets/gloves),



and proper pest control.
Inventory & Logging: Record daily graded output, packing quantities, batch numbers, and dispatch-ready stock.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in cashew or food processing grading and packaging lines.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of cashew grades (CEPC/AFI standards) and vacuum packaging machines.
Skills: Robust team handling, eye for detail, and basic stock reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
