About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Manager – Field Sales to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing field sales teams. The ideal candidate is an experienced sales skilled with strong leadership skills, a passion for the education sector, and the ability to build long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned zone.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
Visit schools, meet principals, school management, and other key decision-makers to generate business and close sales.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and long-term client relationships.
Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and monitor performance.
Ensure timely CRM updates, sales reporting,
and accurate forecasting.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
Monitor sales expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and customer onboarding.
Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred).
5+ years of experience in Field Sales, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
Experience in EdTech, Education, Publishing, or related industries will be preferred.
Fluency in both Hindi and English.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone (60–70% travel).
Must own a two/four-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
