Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
to manage business development activities across
Tamil nadu
. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new customer relationships, and supporting clients with technical solutions that meet their research and industrial requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire recent customers across research institutes, universities, government laboratories, startups, and industrial sectors.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.




Generate sales leads, conduct customer visits, and convert opportunities into business.
Prepare and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Monitor sales activities and analyze progress against targets, implementing corrective actions when required.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customer discussions.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions and equipment.
Obtain referrals and business opportunities from existing customers to strengthen the sales pipeline.
Collect market intelligence on customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
Provide customer feedback and market insights to support product portfolio development and business growth.
Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
