Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within the approved scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.




Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources through established change control processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve performance and delivery goals.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
5–8 years of project management experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is preferred.
