Position: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Experience: 3+ Years (Experience in the education sector preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the overall employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and talent management. Prior experience in an educational institution or a similar environment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
Administer employee benefits, leave management, attendance, and other HR operations.
Address employee queries and foster positive employee relations by providing timely HR support.




Coordinate induction and orientation programs for current employees.
Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.
Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and organizational policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality.
Generate HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and other HR-related requirements.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the education sector.
Solid knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle managem
