Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Payroll & Compliance with hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll and robust knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using SAP HCM.
Handle attendance, leave, deductions, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, and Form 16.
Handle EPFO/ESIC portals, challans, returns, employee KYC, and compliance audits.
Perform payroll reconciliation, salary register preparation, bank advice, and salary JV processing.
Manage vendor/contract workforce payroll and invoice verification.




Generate SAP payroll reports and perform payroll variance analysis.
Handle employee payroll, tax, and compliance queries.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Mandatory hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
Solid knowledge of Indian Payroll & Statutory Compliance.
Expertise in PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Form 16, and F&F; Settlement.
Advanced MS Excel – VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reconciliation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Payroll audit experience, statutory inspections, insurance/perks management, and exposure to HRMS/biometric systems.
