Job Description
We are looking for a agile Lead Recruiter with strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and team management for Domestic market.
This role involves leading a team, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand requirements
Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Ensure quality, speed,



and efficiency in hiring processes
Track team performance and provide regular reports and insights
Maintain strong candidate experience and employer branding

Requirements
8+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on IT hiring
Minimum 2+ years of experience in team handling/leadership
Solid stakeholder management skills
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
