Job Description Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate projects with overseas customers and global stakeholders.
Lead current product development activities from concept to SOP.
Ensure timely project execution and milestone achievement.
Handle customer communication, technical discussions, and project reviews.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Tooling, and Supply Chain.
Prepare and manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and related quality documentation.
Support customer audits, product validation, and launch activities.
Drive issue resolution through effective communication and problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Automotive Plastic Components Manufacturing.
Robust exposure to overseas customer handling and international project coordination.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and IATF 16949 requirements.
Ability to independently manage customer expectations and project timelines.
Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.
Male/female in automotive development department.
