About the Role

As a Production Deputy Manager,



The candidate should know the Production to manage end-to-end manufacturing operations within our sanitaryware production unit. The role involves supervising daily shop-floor activities, ensuring timely and quality output, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and leading a high-performing production team. The candidates with prior experience in sanitaryware production will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production plans, and meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
Team Leadership: Manage shift teams, supervisors, and technicians; provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Quality Control: Work closely with QA to maintain product standards, reduce defects, and implement corrective measures.
Process & Productivity Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM) to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
