Associate Zonal Head- Health Insurance Job Description

Reporting to Zonal Manager Sales

The Associate Zonal Head is a critical leadership role responsible for driving business growth, achieving sales target and ensuring operational efficiency within an area of branches/location. This role involves leading and managing a team of branch managers, sales managers & other personnel to maximize productivity, enhance customer satisfaction and expand market share. A solid understanding of the insurance industry, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills, is essential for success in this role





Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement strategic sales plans to achieve & exceed cluster-level sales targets for various health insurance products
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Identify and explore current business opportunities and market segments to expand clusters reach
Faster and stronger relationships with key partners & Agents
Ensure that the sales team is well trained in all products and sales processes
Lead motivate & mentor a team of sales managers, branch managers, area managers and other personnel
Set clear performance objective, provide regular feedback and conduct performance appraisal
Recruit, onboard and train current team members as needed
Resolve conflicts and address performance issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure compliance with industry regulation and company policies
