Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects.
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
Present company products, services, and franchise prospects.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain CRM and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.

Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



Commerce, or a related field.
MBA (Marketing/Business) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Sales, or B2B Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Willing to travel for client meetings when required.
