Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and expand our business operations across the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in the lighting industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing regional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets.
Develop and implement business development strategies for the Mumbai region.
Identify and convert new business opportunities across commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, lighting consultants, MEP consultants, builders, contractors, developers, and key channel partners.




Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.

Customer & Project Management
Manage high-value client relationships and key projects from enquiry to order closure.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, and Operations teams for seamless project execution.
Support the team in commercial negotiations and strategic account management.

Market Development
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Develop strategies to increase market share and strengthen the company's presence in the region.
Identify recent market segments and business opportunities.
