Role & responsibilities
The Head Interior Designer will manage all aspects of interior design projects, including conceptual development, communication with clients, project coordination, and team leadership. This role requires a solid eye for detail, creativity, and an ability to translate client visions into reality.
Lead and mentor the design team to produce high-quality interior design projects.
Develop and present design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to all specifications.
Coordinate with architects, builders, and other professionals to bring design concepts to life.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate current ideas into design practices.




Review and approve design work, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
Edit and refine designs based on client feedback and project constraints.
Facilitate client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design intentions.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skill Set
AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max and other design programs

Relevant Industry
Architectural

Technical / Qualified
Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
