Channel Partner Management
Develop and maintain a robust network of Channel Sales Partners (CPs).
Recruit, train, motivate, and support channel partners to maximize sales.
Organize CP meets, incentive programs, and engagement activities.
Track channel partner performance and ensure timely payouts and relationship management.

Captive Sales Promotion
Promote and strengthen captive sales through internal sales teams.




Design campaigns and incentive programs to increase captive sales performance.
Ensure coordination between marketing and sales teams for better lead conversion.

Team Leadership
Recruit, train, mentor, and monitor the sales team.
Set KPIs, sales targets, and performance standards.
Conduct daily sales reviews and weekly performance meetings.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Customer Relationship Management
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Resolve customer concerns and escalations professionally.
Maintain robust client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Analyze sales data, conversion ratios, and team performance.
