Robust site supervision and project coordination skills, including managing contractors, vendors, and daily work schedules.
Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and installation methods, with attention to quality and detail.
Familiarity with basic project management practices, including progress tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
Understanding of site safety standards and regulatory requirements applicable to interior projects.
Proficiency with common digital tools; exposure to AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.
