Role & responsibilities
Taking care of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial efforts for refrigerants in Mexico & Latin America.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue growth, building robust customer relationships, and expanding market share across diverse and competitive markets.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability
Targets. Territories to covered are Mexico & Latin America.
Manage existing key accounts and establish current relationships with distributors, OEMs, and industrial customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements aligned with company policies.
Monitor competitor activity, customer trends, and regulatory developments affecting sales.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth prospects, industry trends, and customer needs.
Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
Lead the introduction of new products in coordination with R&D;, Product Management,



and Regulatory teams.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer meetings
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including supply chain, logistics, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.
Provide market feedback to support forecasting, inventory planning, and product development.
Ensure all activities under his/her control and supervision are compliant with all the laws of land and statutory requirement.
Conduct all operation of function, ensuring social responsibility and accountabilities by following the company guideline of the same.
Be responsible for ethical operation under his control.
Be responsible for prevention, detection and reporting of bribery and other forms of corruption including breach of code of conduct and other company regulation.
