Job Title: Cluster Manager

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall performance of multiple preschool centers.
Drive admissions, fee collection, and student retention.
Ensure high parent satisfaction and operational excellence.
Support Centre Managers in achieving business and performance targets.
Monitor teaching quality, staff performance, and brand standards.
Coordinate marketing initiatives to generate enquiries and increase admissions.
Identify improvement opportunities and support team development.

Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in operations, education, hospitality, retail, or multi-unit management.
Solid leadership, communication, and people management skills.




Target-oriented with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.
Proficiency in MS Excel and social media.
Willingness to travel across multiple centers in Kochi.

Salary & Advantages
₹30,000–₹40,000 per month
