Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our commercial real estate projects in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, financial reporting, and project accounting.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances within timelines.
Manage accounting in Tally Prime and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
Prepare MIS Reports and financial reports for management.
Perform Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Scrutiny, and Account Finalization.
Coordinate with CA, Auditors, and Government Authorities for audits and compliance.
Monitor Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Vendor Payments.
Maintain project-wise accounts and cost records.




Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Statutory Compliance
Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
Excellent MIS Reporting and Advanced Excel skills
Positive understanding of real estate/project accounting
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com

Experience
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Experience in Real Estate / Developer / Construction industry will be preferred.
