Role & responsibilities ;-
Source Candidates: Find top sales talent using job boards, skilled networks, and direct sourcing.
Screen Resumes: Review applications to match candidate skills with sales job requirements.
Conduct Interviews: Lead initial phone or video screening calls to check communication skills and drive.
Manage Pipeline: Keep the applicant tracking system updated with candidate status and notes.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 8 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on non-IT or Field sales hiring.
Skills: Solid communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring portals (like LinkedIn or Naukri) and basic interview techniques.
Education: Bachelors Degree
