We are looking for an experienced Product Manager - Passive Electronic Components to drive business growth and product strategy across India. The candidate should have strong knowledge of passive electronic components with experience in the semiconductor/electronic components industry.

The role involves working closely with suppliers, sales teams, design houses, OEMs, and EMS customers to develop business opportunities and increase market share.

Role & responsibilities :
Product Management
Manage the passive component product portfolio.
Develop product strategy and business plans aligned with supplier objectives.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
Launch current products and promote new technologies.
Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities across India.




Drive design wins with OEMs, EMS companies, and design houses.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key accounts.
Support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronic components distribution industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel across India for customer visits and supplier meetings.
