Job Description

Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd., a leading solar products and renewable energy company, is seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in the solar, manufacturing, engineering, electrical, or product-based industry. The ideal candidate will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and support the organization's hiring needs across technical and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultancies, and campus recruitment.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Handle offer roll-out, candidate follow-up, and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and operational roles.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.




Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Experience recruiting for a product-based company, preferably in the solar, electrical, manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy industry.
Familiarity with hiring for roles such as Sales, Electrical Engineers, Solar Technicians, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and Customer Support.
Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
