Responsible for Complete Employment life Cycle .
Responsible for HR generalist activities, compliance and benefit
administration.
Responsible for PF, ESI registration and resolving employee queries
Manage employee perks and outstanding issues.
Responsible for Onboarding of the Recent Joining Candidates.
Ensure all processes are done as per guidelines within the defined
TAT
Promote HR programs to create an effective and conflict-free
workplace.
