Documentation: Keep detailed records of counseling sessions, daily reports, and follow-up paths.
Communication: Explicit verbal skills to simplify medical details for patients and families.
Background: Often requires a degree or diploma in optometry, nursing, or a related healthcare/social work field.
Coordination: Robust organizational ability to manage hospital scheduling and workflow.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
