senior leadership and executive-level technology specialists
for the US market.
Strong experience recruiting for IT and Engineering positions across multiple technology stacks.
Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search and other recruitment platforms.
Experience supporting direct clients, implementation partners or MSP/VMS environments.
Excellent understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, employment types, and hiring practices.
Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
