About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive enterprise sales growth and lead high-performing sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling ServiceNow solutions/services or enterprise IT SaaS products and services, managing strategic customer relationships, and leading sales teams to consistently achieve business objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong consultative selling skills, experience in managing key accounts, and the ability to collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing current business prospects within enterprise accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers.
Lead, mentor,



and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve business goals.
Manage key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
Collaborate with presales, delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to develop winning customer solutions.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM and other sales management tools.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, forecasts, and business updates to leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in ServiceNow solutions/services or IT SaaS products/services.
Proven experience in achieving revenue targets and managing complex B2B sales cycles.
Demonstrated experience in handling
