We are looking for a skilled and passionate Tandoor Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality tandoori items—including traditional breads (naans, rotis, parathas), marinated meats, and grilled vegetarian dishes—while adapting to a fast-paced cafe environment.

You’ll play a key role in consistently delivering flavorful, evenly cooked, and visually appealing dishes that match our cafe’s up-to-date aesthetic and quick service times.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Tandoor Chef in a restaurant, cafe, or high-volume food outlet.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of dough consistency, bread slapping techniques, skewer preparation, and heat control in a clay/gas tandoor.
Hygiene: Knowledge of food safety practices and clean working habits.
This role is open only to candidates presently available in Goa.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
