Job Title: Operations Executive – Wealth Management

Role Objective

The Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end operational management across multiple product lines, ensuring smooth execution, compliance adherence, and client satisfaction. The role demands versatility, accountability, and enthusiasm to explore prospects across diverse financial products within the same organization.

Key Responsibilities
Product Operations Management
Handle day-to-day operations for Mutual Funds, PMS, SIF, Insurance (Health & Life), and Loan products.
Ensure accurate documentation, application processing, and timely execution.




Compliance & Risk Control
Maintain regulatory compliance across SEBI, IRDAI, and RBI guidelines.
Implement internal checks to minimize operational risks.
Client Servicing & Coordination
Act as a bridge between clients, product partners, and internal teams.
Provide operational support for onboarding, transactions, claims, and loan applications.
Process Optimization
Streamline workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
Suggest and implement technology-driven solutions for better tracking and reporting.
Business Support
Assist in sourcing applications for loans and insurance.
Support sales and advisory teams with operational insights and execution.
