Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales specialists, achieving revenue targets, developing sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Generate leads through multiple channels including referrals, digital platforms, channel partners and walk-ins.
Conduct property presentations, site visits and project demonstrations for prospective clients.
Team Management
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions and performance reviews.
Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Business Development
Identify recent business opportunities and market trends.
Develop relationships with channel partners, brokers and corporate clients.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events and networking activities.
Sales Operations
Maintain accurate records in CRM software.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Monitor sales pipeline and forecast future business.
Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Operations teams for seamless customer onboard
