Must have done at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects in the respective HCM functional modules .
1.HCM-Compensation Lead:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Compensation
Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for Salary and Compensation elements.
2.HCM- Talent Management Lead:
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Talent .
Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for Talent objects.
3.HCM-US Payroll Lead:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Payroll.
Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for all the Payroll objects.
Has experience in conducting payroll parallels.
4.HCM-Perks Lead :
Minimum 12+ years of experience in Perks.
Has experience in creating Integrations and Reports Functional Design Documents and worked on Conversion mapping for all the Perks objects.
