EXPERIENCE
Minimum of6+ years related experience; multi-dimensional platform experience; expert level experience with business and technical applications, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
SQL database and/or multi languages are strongly preferred.
Experience mentoring others, leading multiple small projects and providing troubleshooting support is preferred.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Robust understanding of data visualization is the best practices and design principles.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
Experience with data modeling, data blending,



and performance optimization within Tableau.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to derive insights from data.
Robust communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings.
Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) packages using SSIS.
Solid SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.
Knowledge of error handling, logging, and package deployment strategies in SSIS.
Experience with report parameters, expressions, and formatting.
Knowledge of report deployment, subscription management, and security in SSRS
