Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Officer to join our jewellery retail team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to approach customers, explain and promote daily savings schemes, generate new customer enrollments, maintain customer relationships, and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently explain jewellery schemes and benefits to customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Scheme Sales
Promote and explain the jewellery store's daily and monthly savings schemes to customers.
Clearly explain the advantages, payment process, maturity perks, terms, and conditions of the schemes.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly scheme enrollment targets.
Convert walk-in customers into scheme customers.




Follow up with existing customers for regular payments and renewals.
Customer Handling & Relationship Management
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable jewellery and scheme solutions.
Build solid and long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Encourage customers to refer family members and friends.
Sales & Marketing Activities
Generate current customer leads through personal networking, references, and local marketing activities.
Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls and other approved communication channels.
Promote jewellery products, schemes, offers, and special campaigns.
Participate in customer outreach and promotional activities.
Support the showroom team in achieving overall sales targets.
