Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Engineer to deliver post-sales support, solution implementation, and ongoing technical guidance to enterprise clients. This role requires solid technical expertise, hands-on deployment capabilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer success throughout the solution lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, managing implementations, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless solution adoption and long-term value realization.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Deployment
Install, configure, and integrate cybersecurity solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid settings.




Execute solution rollouts, migrations, and upgrades with minimal business disruption.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and runbooks.

Support & Troubleshooting
Provide timely resolution of customer issues, incidents, and escalations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Manage support tickets, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

Customer Engagement
Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts.
Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Advise customers on best practices and optimize solution performance and usage.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with pre-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from solution design to implementation.
