Role Overview

The District IT Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting the district's IT infrastructure, assets, applications, and user support systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, proactive asset management, troubleshooting, reporting, cybersecurity compliance, and staff capacity building to ensure smooth IT operations across the district.

Key Responsibilities: IT Operations & Asset Management
Manage procurement, allocation, tagging, tracking, and inventory of IT assets.
Maintain asset records, warranty details, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure proper functioning of office IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, printers, routers, and networking equipment.
Conduct regular asset verification and audits.

Technical Support & Service Delivery




Provide first and second-level technical support to employees.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, printers, and other applications.
Resolve IT issues within defined service timelines.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.

Support and administer organizational platforms and applications, including
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Performance Management System (PMS)

Asset Management Systems
Manage user creation, modification, transfer, and deactivation.

Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain IT-related reports and dashboards.
Maintain asset registers, backup records, SOPs, and other IT documentation.
Ensure timely submission of district IT reports and compliance records.
