Preparing dash boards for weekly reviews
Preparing DTR report to the higher levels
Follow up on required fleet with respective vendors
Coordinating with the vendor team for availing adequate fleet.
Follow-ups on drop list and must presence in the drop area.
To make sure all the scheduled cabs are departed on time.
Documents needs to be maintained
Implementation of 100% vehicle compliance
