Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Management Trainee (Business Analysis). The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, understanding and improving business processes, and working closely with stakeholders to facilitate effective collaboration. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting research, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decision-making.
The role requires effective communication and collaboration to deliver innovative solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills to understand and interpret data effectively
Proficiency in Business Analysis and familiarity with Business Requirements gathering
Understanding of Business Processes and the ability to identify areas of improvement
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members
Proactive approach, ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Prior internship or experience in Fintech or related industries is a plus
