Cost Reporting Analyst MIS ? is a pivotal role within asset-rich GCX Group. The main objective of the job is to maintain reliable reporting and cost analysis of the network costs. Not only it provides great chance of interacting with senior stakeholders of Finance and non-Finance teams but also allows to develop expertise in the economics of the technology surrounding telecommunications business. This is a position for somebody who has already established him/herself and an experiences analyst but looks for the next step up in Telecoms with the scope of further growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
? Handle Month close to tight deadlines.
? Maintain of well documented set of accruals calculated with high precision.
? Preparing and maintaining required schedules
? Perform cost analysis and MIS including development of recent reports and KPIs.
? Perform Revenue - Cost margin analysis
? Run informative variance analysis with sufficient commentary
? Automate reporting packages.
? Coordinate of ICo invoicing of Network costs and reconciliations.
? Support constructively internal/external audit.
? Create atmosphere of dialog and information sharing with Engineering and Procurement teams.
? Drive product level analysis and ratio analysis.
? Maintain high level of transparency and accuracy of ERP transactions: posting of journal entries (accruals, adjustments, clearing)
? Contribute to budget process
? Establish him/herself as a leading Subject Matter Expert of Network Cost team
? Handle vendors related queries in exceptional cases
