Operations & Facility Management
Ensure smooth daily operations across all assigned hostel properties.
Enforce SOPs for front desk, housekeeping, security, and food & beverage (F&B;) services.
Conduct regular property audits to maintain high standards of hygiene, maintenance, and safety.
Revenue & Financial Performance
Hold profit and loss (P&L;) responsibility for the cluster.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPAR), and occupancy rates.
Monitor local competitors, market trends, and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and collection processes.
Guest Experience & Community Building
Ensure an exceptional, community-driven guest experience tailored to travelers or students.




Monitor and respond to online guest reviews across platforms (e.g., Google, Booking.com, Hostelworld).
Coordinate social events, community experiences, and local partnerships.
Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor Property Managers and on-ground staff.
Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a high-performance hospitality culture.
Experience: 5–6 years in student housing, hospitality, or co-living sectors.
Skills: Solid crisis management, empathetic communication, and vendor management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
