We are seeking a energetic, proactive, and self-motivated Executive Intern / Executive Associate to work closely with leadership and support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, research, and strategic initiatives.

This role is well-suited for candidates who are eager to take ownership, work across multiple functions, and build a career in a fast-paced startup setting.

Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Support leadership in managing day-to-day business operations and executive activities.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business documentation.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research.
Track project progress, monitor deadlines,



and follow up on pending tasks.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, tenders, and other business documents.
Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and operational records.
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Manage calendars, meetings, and administrative tasks as required.
Identify operational improvements and contribute to process optimization.
Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision.

Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
BBA
MBA
BE/B.Tech (Any Discipline)
Aerospace Engineering

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Additional language proficiency will be an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, P
