About the Internship

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and career-focused MBA students (Pursuing) and MBA Graduates specializing in Sales & Marketing to join our internship program.

This internship is designed to provide real-time industry exposure and identify talented candidates for long-term career prospects within our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on business leads.
Support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.




Assist in executing sales and marketing campaigns.
Prepare reports and maintain customer records.
Learn and implement real-time sales strategies.

Internship StructurePhase 1 – 10-Day Evaluation Program
Selected candidates will undergo a 10-day internship assessment.
During this period, candidates will be evaluated based on:
Learning ability
Communication skills
Teamwork
Discipline and punctuality
Sales and marketing performance
Overall attitude and commitment

Candidates who successfully meet the performance expectations will be promoted to the next phase.

Phase 2 – 3-Month Internship
Shortlisted candidates will continue with a 3-month internship.
Interns will work on real-time Sales & Marketing projects under the guidance of experienced mentors.
