Role Description

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Program Manager with 4–5 years of experience and a solid understanding of the fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional programs, driving execution, and ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives in a quick paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for key business initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations and compliance.
Define program scope, goals, timelines and success metrics.
Track progress, identify risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Drive stakeholder communication and alignment across all levels.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to fintech.
Analyze program performance and recommend improvements.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
