Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and agile HR Manager to oversee all Human Resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, training, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws and organizational policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Develop recruitment strategies and maintain manpower planning.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Build a robust talent pipeline through job portals and recruitment agencies.

HR Operations
Manage the complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
Maintain employee records, HRMS, and documentation.
Conduct induction and orientation programs.




Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and experience certificates.

Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions.
Ensure timely salary processing and statutory deductions.

Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
Handle labour inspections and maintain statutory registers.
Coordinate audits and compliance documentation.

Employee Relations
Resolve employee grievances professionally.
Implement disciplinary procedures when required.
Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.

Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Coordinate KPIs and KRAs across departments.
Monitor employee productivity and developme
