Role Purpose
Drives civil labour daily on site, translating the execution plan into on-ground progress.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day civil skilled (payroll) and unskilled (subcontracted) labour.
Ensure daily work is executed per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards.
Track daily progress and report to the Senior Site Engineer (Civil).
Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and PPE compliance on a live hospital site.
Support material handling and tool readiness at the workface.
Required Qualifications & Experience
ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on site experience.
Minimum 3 years' experience supervising civil site labour.
Healthcare or hospital site experience a plus.
Key Skills
Labour supervision, reading drawings, on-ground problem solving.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
