SAFETY COMPLIANCE: Well-versed in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to plant safety protocols and procedures to ensure a protected working workplace.
HOUSEKEEPING & AUDIT READINESS: Solid knowledge of general housekeeping practices (5S) and maintaining audit compliance within the plant area.
MANPOWER HANDLING: Experience in manpower management, including task allocation, supervision, and coordination of shop-floor teams to achieve production targets.
PRODUCTION DOCUMENTATION (BMR): Proficient in Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) filling, ensuring accurate documentation in line with GMP requirements.
