We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 3 to 4+ years of experience to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR compliance, performance management, and maintaining employee records. Robust communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave, and employee data.
Administer employee attendance and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances and provide HR support to employees and managers.
Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS,



and monthly workforce analytics.
Coordinate exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and complete full-and-final settlement documentation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA Human Resources is preferred.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
