Requirements Discovery & Analysis
Partner with business stakeholders, Product Managers, and technical teams to understand business objectives, customer needs, and operational challenges.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to gather and clarify requirements.
Analyze business processes and identify prospects for process improvement and automation.
Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Product & Sprint Backlog Management
Create, maintain, refine product backlog items and support sprint planning, and release planning activities.
Ensure user stories meet the agreed definitions of readiness and acceptance.
Identify dependencies, risks, and impacts affecting delivery commitments.
Support change management and adoption activities where required.

Delivery & Quality Support
Work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, QA and Validation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of delivered functionality.




Ensure solutions meet documented business requirements and intended outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Build effective working relationships across business and technology teams.
Communicate requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery impacts clearly to stakeholders.
Facilitate discussions to drive alignment and informed decision-making.

Continuous Improvement
Analyze customer feedback, product performance, and operational metrics to identify enhancement opportunities.
Contribute recommendations that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business value.
Support Product Managers by providing insights and analysis to inform backlog prioritization and roadmap discussions.
