THRIVEX FITNESS is a modern fitness center committed to helping members achieve their health and fitness goals through state-of-the-art equipment, certified trainers, and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our gym.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome members and visitors with a skilled and friendly attitude.
Handle membership inquiries and explain membership plans and offers.
Assist with new member registrations and renewals.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain member records.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Maintain attendance records and daily reports.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Coordinate with trainers and management regarding member requirements.
Promote gym offers and assist in achieving membership targets.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)



or Graduate.
1–2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and computer operations.
Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
